The aim of this literature review was to consider the diagnostic value potential biomarkers detection: citrulline and intestinal proteins, designed detect mucosa damage. Conclusion : determination I-FABP I-BABP in blood are promising methods for non-invasive diagnosis damage, since these proteins released from damaged enterocytes. However, is important combination with citrulline. Several studies have shown that can be measured animal models, adult pediatric patients.
